Fresh Ideas are an independent company situated on the south side of Coventry and established over 20 years ago. Fresh Ideas have a large retail showroom selling soft furnishings, made to measure curtains & blinds, carpets and wallpapers. During the past 3 years, Fresh Ideas have expanded into the eCommerce market with various active websites selling products from their industry and are now anxious to develop the eCommerce business further by employing an additional telephone customer support advisor.

General Description
An opportunity has arisen for an additional telephone customer support advisor, to answer telephone queries and manage orders by liasing with our suppliers and customers. You will be providing excellent customer support via email, phone and letter, with a methodical work approach and friendly telephone manner desirable. Initially this position will be for 3 months, and would be extended depending upon performance.
Skills required:
